A 4-Year Education Plan that focuses on the needs of the individual student will be discussed with each student and parent. Full time high school students may participate in electives as prescribed in their 4-Year Education Plan.
Students requesting individual courses that are available through the traditional school will not be given priority unless extenuating circumstances exist. Part time students cannot take classes comparable to regular program offerings unless supported by a guidance counselor and administrator.
Full-time students who choose to attend courses (1-2) at the High Schools, Middle Schools, or Elementary Schools must attend their home school. Open enrollment students will be assigned with a lottery.
The curriculum will align with local, state or national standards. Courses will be selected to meet the needs of each individual student. The cost of the purchased curriculum courses from various providers is the responsibility of the online charter school.
